8 AM – 8 PM: Confirmations are sent within 2 -3 hours.
After 8 PM: Requests will be confirmed the following morning.
Prior to your appointment, we’ll outline all associated costs (notary fees, travel fees, or fingerprinting charges) so you have a clear understanding of pricing. JL Signature Services is committed to transparency — our prices are fixed and disclosed upfront.
On the day of your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation call to ensure both you and the notary are on schedule.

Payment Methods
Cash: No additional fee.
Credit/Debit Card: Payments are accepted with a 3% convenience fee (minimum $2.50).
Online Payments : Payments are accepted with a 3% convenience fee (minimum $2.50).
Receipts: A receipt will be provided for all transactions.
