• My role is limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and completing notarial certificates.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are complete and accurate before notarization.

• All notarizations require presentation of a valid, government-issued photo ID.

Live Scan Fingerprinting Services

• JL Signature Services acts solely as a fingerprinting service provider.

• Fingerprints are captured electronically and submitted to the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and/or FBIfor background check processing.

• I do not control, influence, or guarantee the results, processing times, or outcomes of background checks.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the correct Request for Live Scan form provided by the requesting agency.

• Fees paid for Live Scan services are non-refundable once fingerprints have been submitted.

General

• Services are provided by appointment only.

• Travel fees, after-hours surcharges, or facility access fees may apply.

• JL Signature Services is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties, including government agencies, correctional facilities, or mail services.
